Terms of Service

⚖️ Legal Notice: This document's English version is the legally binding master copy. The Korean translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancies or conflicts between the English and Korean versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DaaSy development subscription service ("Service") provided by DaaSy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting a ticket, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity) and DaaSy.
2. Service Description
DaaSy is an AI-powered development platform that provides production-ready code through a subscription model:
- Production-ready web application and PWA development delivered via GitHub, direct deployment, or download
- Feature development and implementation delivered within an average of 48 business hours
- Unlimited project support and ticket submissions (processed sequentially)
- Unlimited revisions on delivered work
- Code review and quality assurance
- Deployment and hosting setup
- Ongoing maintenance and scaling support
- Complete source code ownership with no platform lock-in
All code is delivered through our platform dashboard with instant access via GitHub integration, direct deployment to your hosting (Vercel, AWS, etc.), or ZIP download. Every deliverable undergoes human code review and automated testing before delivery.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation: To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
3.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans: Our Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is $2,000 per month (standard) or $999 per month (beta launch special, locked for 6 months).
4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees.
4.3 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us at daasy@daasy.app.
4.4 Beta Pricing: Beta pricing of $999/month is locked for 6 months from the date of subscription. After 6 months, pricing will automatically convert to the standard rate unless you cancel.
4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and can cancel before changes take effect.
4.6 Pause Feature: You may pause your subscription at any time. Unused days will roll over to your next active billing period. Paused accounts retain access to previously delivered work but cannot submit new tickets.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following refund policy:
- 7-Day Full Refund: Cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
- 30-Day Partial Refund: Cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a 50% refund.
- After 30 Days: No refunds are provided, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Refund requests must be submitted to daasy@daasy.app. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide clear and complete specifications for development tickets
- Respond to clarification requests in a timely manner
- Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit our infrastructure
- Not submit tickets that violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Ownership: All code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for you through our Service are your property. You receive full ownership and intellectual property rights upon delivery.
7.2 No Platform Lock-In: You are free to host, modify, or transfer your projects to any platform or developer without restrictions.
7.3 Open Source Components: Deliverables may include industry-standard open-source libraries and frameworks, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
7.4 DaaSy Property: The DaaSy platform, infrastructure, processes, and any pre-existing tools remain the exclusive property of DaaSy.
7.5 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects (with anonymization if requested) in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Service Quality: We strive to deliver production-ready, enterprise-grade code. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8.2 Delivery Times: While we target 48-hour average delivery, actual timelines may vary based on complexity. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
8.3 AS-IS Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DaaSy, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS IN CODE
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing daasy@daasy.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
10.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Abuse or misuse the Service
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will retain access to all previously delivered code and projects. We may delete your account data 90 days after termination unless legally required to retain it.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at daasy@daasy.app to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
11.2 Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
11.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
11.4 Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access to systems.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For customers located in South Korea, local consumer protection laws may also apply where they provide greater protection.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. For urgent account or billing issues, please indicate "URGENT" in your email subject line, and we will prioritize your request.
Business Hours: Our support team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM KST (Korea Standard Time). While we may respond outside these hours, please expect the fastest response during our regular business hours.
